Featuring several of the FRE 1.5 fixtures, including dedicated product spaces, customer booths and a widely expanded range of accessories. With a refreshing ambiance and inviting shopfront, this upgrade aims to promote a better staff and customer experience.
Introducing the new and improved Telstra Queen Street Mall store! The amazing corner location with dual entrances is emblazoned with the earth and sky logos ensuring the unmissable store at every angle.
The new store design includes an extra three consultation spaces, three low-level accessory gondolas and large accessory space (being able to showcase more than double the number of accessories). Featuring six consultation desks, five customer booths, five banquettes and two galleries and a large hero table. An incredible amount of effort from an amazing group of people.
The new Telstra, Gympie store design optimises the space with it's 3.6m high ceilings and made full use of the 118m² tenancy. With it's new inviting shopfront and several service areas; including five booths and four workstations - this will provide an exciting new customer retail experience.
What a remarkable opportunity and honour it was to be a part of this incredible Telstra, Chadstone transformation. Many features of the FRE 1.5 design have been incorporated into the new floor space including (but not limited to); multiple consultancy spaces, product displays, a bespoke gallery and a unique accessory wall.
