Updating from the previous FRE 1.1 design, the new FRE 1.5 store design features all the FRE 1.5 fictures including the famous gondolas, dedicated product spaces and hugely expanded range of accessories. Including a range of comfortable seating options as well as generous clearances to move easily around the store creating a beautiful, welcoming atmosphere for both staff and clientele.
Relocating to a larger space within the Esperance Boulevard Shopping Centre, the revamped Telstra store design incorporates several customer service areas, strategically crafted to provide enhanced personalised interactions. This both expands the capacity to serve but also enhaces the overall retail experience.
The Melbourne Elizabeth Street Telstra store has relocated into the Emporium building, snapping up a prime corner location. The new store boasts a 164m² site, adorned by a stunning 4m high entry encircled by the signature vertical timber battens on curved walls. The shopfront side is structured with multiple portal windows and marble walls, all frontage sporting the bright orange Telstra logos.
The FOH layout includes a double POS counter and recharge table, a low-lying gondola, six consult workstations, four banquette booths and countless accessory walls. A breathtaking project!
