We are excited to announce another successful Telstra store opening. The Macarthur Square updated store layout now includes multiple customer service spaces, designed to offer more personal interactions. The store's new inviting shopfront and refreshing ambiance elevates the overall retail experience.
Previously trading as a FRE 1.1 design, it was time to incorporate the FRE 1.5 store design and technology experience to the fore; clearly defining Telstra's entryway with the illuminated T-logo, flanked by two porcelain stone columns, giving both customers and staff a warm and inviting experience. With six customer advisory areas comprising of four tech desks and two booths and a free-flowing display and accessories area belying the challenging 45-degree corner footprint that the retail area occupies.
Keeping the 123m² position in the Meadow Mews Plaza, the brilliant new shopfront is now adorned with the bright orange T-logos, ivory tiles and the premium oak battens. The new front-of house design includes four workstations, four banquette booths, a halo-lit gondola, a double POS counter and accessory walls on each side.
We are proud to announce and be apart of the recent store opening of the Telstra Store in Port Melbourne. The revised retail design was converted into the FRE 1.5 format with many features including multiple consultancy spaces, product displays and a smart home area. The new FOH design has improved the capacity to serve customers and enhance Telstra's retail experience.
