The stores new FRE 1.5 design boasts an array of customer spaces for client interactions, elevating the level of service capacity and enhancing the overall experience with the new and improved shopfront and refreshing ambiance.
Relocating to the middle of the shopping centre, the new shopfront sports a sharp corner feature and is adorned by the new orange illuminated Telstra branding. Featuring four consult workstations, four banquette booths, a privacy booth, double POS counter, accessory walls and a low-lying gondola, capturing a usable and refreshing space.
The FRE 1.5 redesigned store features several customer service spaces with a refreshing ambiance and inviting shopfront to entice customer services and improve experiences for both staff and customer.

Previously utilising laptops only, the Devonport Telstra store now has a FRE 1.5 design, offering two booths; including a large capacity for Telstra accessories in a bright, light and pristine new space, offering the comfort and flexibility to both staff and customers.
The new FRE 1.5 design optimises the tenancy space by dramatically increasing accessory space with the inclusion of not one but two Gondola display units. A total of six consult desk spaces, three banquettes and one privacy booth to service different customer demographics with the additional recharge table to support techbar services.
