This store has kept its original location and reverted into the new FRE format.
The Front of House area now increases the capacity to serve customers and enhance their experience.

It's been a tough year again for a lot of people and businesses around Australia with the COVID-19 virus and many states in lock down. With all the set backs we are delighted to see that on Friday 13th August the new Telstra FRE 1.5 Brisbane QSM store opened.
This store has moved location just down the road on Queen Street and is the flagship store right in the heart of Brisbane - CBD.
A significantly larger store than the previous one and it even includes a kid zone along with multiple customer consulting areas.
