Cara IPM has been commissioned by Telstra to Project Manage the delivery process of these new T[life] Stores across the current network. Cara IPM is responsible for the management of the overall program, Consultant Timelines, Authority Approvals, Contractors and Suppliers, Individual Store Programs and the adherence to generic standards.
